Terms of Use
These terms explain how you can use NME Account and what to expect when you subscribe.

1. About these terms
NME Account is provided by NME Networks Pte. Ltd. (“NME Networks”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These terms apply to your account and any subscription you purchase through it. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
Your NME Account connects you to NME, MusicTech and Guitar.com. These terms govern account and subscription matters; each website’s own terms govern its editorial content and other services.
2. Your account
Creating an NME Account is free. It gives you one sign-in across our websites and a place to manage your profile, preferences and subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are optional.
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You must be at least 18 to purchase a subscription.
Your account is for your personal use. Keep your information accurate and your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect someone has accessed it without your permission.
You must not share or sell account access, impersonate others, interfere with the service or bypass access restrictions. Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights.
3. Subscriptions
A subscription provides the benefits described in the offer you choose. Before you pay, we show you what is included, the participating websites, the price and the billing period. Those details form part of your agreement with us. Your subscription begins when we confirm it and make the benefits available, and we send confirmation by email.
Offers and availability may vary by website and location. Any conditions for a promotion or introductory offer, including its duration and subsequent price, are explained before you subscribe. Availability restrictions do not remove benefits you have already purchased for a paid period.
Our content and services evolve over time. We explain below how we handle changes that materially affect your subscription.
4. Payment and renewal
The checkout shows the amount payable, currency, applicable taxes and billing frequency. Unless the offer states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until you cancel renewal.
You can manage your subscription, payment details and invoices through Manage billing in your account. Any charges, credits or changes to the billing period are shown before you confirm a plan change.
If a payment fails, we will notify you. Paid benefits may be suspended until payment is received.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel renewal at any time through Manage billing in your account. Your subscription will normally continue until the end of the period you have paid for. If you need help cancelling, contact support@nmenetworks.com. Signing out or no longer using the service does not cancel your subscription.
Your statutory cancellation and refund rights always apply. Consumers in the UK or EEA generally have 14 days from entering into a subscription contract to withdraw. Accessing the service does not, by itself, waive that right under these terms. Any additional rights relating to renewals or services that are not supplied as agreed are preserved.
To exercise a cancellation right, email us or write to our address below with a clear request and enough information to identify your subscription. You may use: “I give notice that I cancel my NME Account subscription purchased on [date]. My name is [name] and my account email is [email].” If writing by post, include your address, signature and date.
Where a refund is due, we will provide it within the applicable legal deadline, normally to your original payment method. Otherwise, we do not normally refund unused portions of a billing period unless the offer provides for this. Contact us if you have not received the service you paid for.
6. Changes and account closure
We may update these terms and our services. We will give you advance notice by email of price increases or other material changes affecting your subscription, explain when they take effect and give you the opportunity to cancel before they apply. Price increases apply no earlier than your next renewal.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, serious misuse or a security risk. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact support if you believe a decision is incorrect.
You can request account closure by contacting support. We will also arrange cancellation of any active subscription renewal. If we discontinue a paid service during a period you have paid for, we will refund the undelivered portion, without limiting any further rights you may have.
7. Content and service responsibilities
Our content, software and brands belong to their respective owners or licensors. Your account and subscription allow personal, non-commercial use of the service and included content. You must not resell access, redistribute paid content or otherwise use it commercially without permission.
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance and technical problems may occasionally interrupt access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or limits your mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information and how you can exercise your choices and rights. Agreeing to these terms does not give consent to optional analytics or marketing.
9. Contact and governing law
